Little Benny Films (3D Animation)

Little Benny Films is a blog where I post my 3D animations. Little Benny is a character who loved to drink and smoke, and then he became a Christian. At first, he was just a sketch in my head that I put on paper. I pictured Benny wearing a hat on his head with a cigar in his mouth.

When I found out about Poser software, I made a 3D Little Benny character using one of the characters of Poser. The character in Poser is James, and he is playing Little Benny. Someday I would like to find a real guy to act out my character so that I may put him on film. I would like to have real people in my films too, but I am thankful for the 3D posing characters. It’s just more work making the characters act and move the way you want them too.

The first film that I made was titled Church Hiding Place. Within that film, I saw a logo. Little Benny was animated walking away from a real church scenery. Only that part of the film made me think of the famous Columbia Pictures Logo of the angel and the horse of TriStar Pictures.

Little Benny is my main character over all of my other characters. He was the first film created. That’s why I named all of my films Little Benny Films. You can see the films at http://littlebennyfilms.blogspot.com under the movie label.
